This site is run by Fred Warner, trading as The Fred Warner. It brings together my music, the LOVE ONE LIFE podcast, my books, and my writing. You can contact us at loveonelife@thefredwarner.com.

Ownership of the content

Everything on this site, including songs, piano compositions, recordings, lyrics, podcast episodes, books, articles, photographs, graphics, and the site design, is owned by or licensed to Fred Warner and is protected by copyright and other rights. Master Any Plan in 7 Questions and the 7Q® name and method are owned by Fred Warner and may not be copied or used without permission.

You are welcome to listen, read, and share links to the site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not copy, reproduce, record, sample, distribute, or publicly perform our content without written permission, except where the law allows.

You may not use anything on this site to train, test, or build artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, and you may not use automated tools to collect or copy content from the site.

The music catalogue and sync licensing

The catalogue for music supervisors and other professionals lets you listen to tracks and, where a download button is shown, download files for evaluation and pitching purposes only.

Listening to or downloading a track does not give you a licence to use it. Any use of our music in a film, television programme, advert, game, online content, or any other production, whether synchronised to picture or not, requires a separate written licence agreed with us before the music is used. Please use the Sync and Licensing option on our enquiry form to start that conversation.

Fred Warner owns and controls the rights in the catalogue, so licences are agreed directly with him. Downloaded files must not be shared outside your own organisation or project team, and must be deleted if you decide not to proceed.

Bookings and speaking enquiries

Sending an enquiry about a performance, talk, or private event does not create a booking. A booking exists only when we have confirmed the date, fee, and other details with you in writing, and any terms in that confirmation will apply to the booking.

Books and purchases

Our books are sold through Amazon. When you press a Buy on Amazon button you leave this site, and your purchase is a contract between you and Amazon, governed by Amazon’s terms, delivery, and returns policies. We are not responsible for Amazon’s service.

This site does not currently sell products directly. If we start selling merchandise or other items here, separate terms of sale will be shown before you buy.

Podcast guests, questions and messages

If you send us a guest application, a question, or any other message, you confirm that what you send is yours to share and does not break anyone’s rights or the law. We will only feature what you send on an episode or elsewhere with your agreement. Applying to be a guest does not guarantee an invitation.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. You must not:

• send spam, automated submissions, or messages designed to mislead
• try to damage, overload, or break into the site or the services connected to it
• use the site to harass anyone or to post anything unlawful
• pretend to be someone else, including us

We may block access for anyone who does.

Our opinions are not professional advice

The podcast, books, and articles on this site share personal experience and opinion about purpose, alignment, creativity, and living intentionally. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for it. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.

The same applies to 7Q® and the planning content connected to it. It is a general method and will not suit every situation, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

Links and embedded content

The site contains links to, and embedded content from, other websites and services, such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon, and our music catalogue provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your information.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. We may change or remove content, or the whole site, at any time without notice.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using, or being unable to use, the site, or by relying on its content, including loss of profit, business, or data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, although this does not affect any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere where the law gives you that right.
